基尤客房和客房 (Kew Studios and Rooms)

期待不能高。民宿各方面沒有酒店好。比酒店多了一點是可以煮飯。 住的房間是小洋樓後面的平層。平房。 小洋樓房東老爺爺自己住。 門鎖一直不太會用，晚上入駐看起來有點偏僻。白天看還好。 窗戶外面是輕軌火車軌道。

老爺爺房東，有廚房，有院子，後面是地鐵軌道，不過夜裡地鐵就停了，比較溫馨，適閤家庭。

The location is excellent but the flat we had needs some refurbishing. Bathroom doors couldn’t be closed properly, cupboard doors were loose, the microwave handle was also broken. The most importantly it was really tiny compared to the impression we’ve got from the photos posted on the internet.

I can’t get my deposit back.

The location was good in some ways as it was walkable to Kew Gardens Station but the trainline runs right behind the property we were in; regularly & loudly so if you’ve got kids & are light sleepers this one is not for you! There was also a lot of noise from the people entering the adjacent stairs which lead upto the accommodation above. The property looks lovely from the outside as it’s within a very nice suburban area, but this is where it ended unfortunately as inside it was very basic, dirty & lots of things were broken/damaged. The worst being the bathroom with its cracked floor , toilet that had a broken seat & didn’t flush and a door that didn’t close. The way of checking in wasn’t very clear in either the communication from 訂房網站 or the sign on the door when we arrived. We knocked loudly & rang the doorbell before ringing the 2 numbers listed on the door. Eventually we got hold of someone who told us to do exactly what we had been doing in ringing/knocking and in the meantime he’d get hold of the ‘manager’ Eventually someone turned up to answer the door & show us to where we were staying but with very little communication as English was clearly not a stong skill. It would have been better to just have a lock box/key code to access the property especially as it wasn’t actually in the house but around the back. Sadly not a very good experience but fortunately we were only there for 1 night.
